Dear readers,

Does anyone have experience with a small dog (Chihuahua) to Bangkok? Apparently the dog is no longer allowed in the passenger compartment.

How are the dogs housed in the baggage area?

regards

Patrick

There is quite a bit involved when bringing pets to Thailand. Information about this can be found on the website of the embassy. http://thailand.nlembassy.org/services/pets/pets-to-thailand.html

My experience is: A lot of work for a dog, doctor's health certificate from the vet, going to Utrecht with the dog, making an appointment at the vitirinaire service (at the station). purchase a bench with fixed dimensions, (see the internet and have it sent by post, dog in the KLM luggage compartment, and then load it separately on the plane, show all the papers upon arrival at BKK, and count down the necessary baths, it still worked, total here In the Netherlands I lost 200 euros. Good luck R.
