Dear readers,

I am planning to travel to Thailand for 2 months in October and November to be with my girlfriend. Can you, or any of your readers, advise me what the conditions are like and what restrictions are in place regarding Covid pandemic?

Under what conditions can and may you travel in Thailand? Are there any restrictions at all due to covid?

Awaiting your reply with interest.

Regards,

Johan

No one knows what it will be like in October/November, but at the moment of the present, a valid vaccination certificate or negative test certificate must be shown at check-in in accordance with applicable rules. In Thailand itself, in places where people gather (markets, bus stops, BTS, shopping malls, hotel lobbies, etc.) a socially compelling mouth mask applies. When Omicron/Centaurus grabs around, everything is different again.
