Dear readers,

We want to go to Kui Buri in January. Who has already been there and can tell something about the beaches there?

Heard there's a lot of mud. Have been in Pak Nam Pran for a few years, nice and quiet and would like to stay there in that area. Kui Buri is also unspoiled and not overrun with hordes of tourists, which only affects the culture of the country.

Who oh who can give us more information?

With kind regards,

Charlotte

The beach Ao Manoa that belongs to Prachuap Khiri Kan is beautiful and relatively quiet (especially during the week). Dolphin Bay beach just north of Sam Roi Yot is also very pleasant and quiet, as are the beaches in Sam Roi Yot national park.

Unfortunately… I have not yet been to the beaches near Kui Buri myself, but these two options are close by.

I spent a few days at Vartika resort in Kui Buri in the past. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the beach much at the time. However, the beach itself was beautiful. The resort as well, by the way, not big but good service. At the time they also organized a guide who took us to the nearby Sam Roi Yot national park where we saw dolphins and visited the Phraya Nakhon cave. Well worth it. I have some pictures of the beach around the resort. I can send it by email if you are interested.
