Does anyone have experience with the Emerald development group in Phuket? They have already completed several projects, the Kathu golf, the Emerald terrace in Patong and the Emerald nirvana in Kalim where the construction is in progress.
Are there people who have purchased property here?

Dear Catherine,
I own a condominium in Emerald Terrace Patong. The promised fixed rental fee of 6% on the investment is not met. The rental manager recently resigned. As an association of owners, Juristic Person, we are trying to get rid of Khun Mai. There are several legal cases pending against Emerald Development Group. I recommend not doing business with them.
