Will anything change with Test & Go as of March 1?

Dear readers,

Has anything been known about whether anything will change with the Test and Go program as of March 1? I read that the travel industry in Thailand wants that second PCR test gone.

That would be good for me because so far I'm waiting for that.

I didn't see anything with Richard Barrow either, but maybe I missed something?

Regards,

Wolter

Nothing will change at all according to the Minister of Tourism, the so-called Thailand pass will be maintained against the wishes of the tourism industry.
Here's a link where it was mentioned again today.

Thailand wants to scale up its corona level from 3 to 4 (due to the many infections)
So don't phase out as is going on in Europe.

The Thailand pass will therefore not relax in the coming weeks (I think).

If the 2nd PCR test is removed and/or replaced by an AKT rapid test, this will be officially announced by the CCSA this week and then endorsed in the Royal Gazette

See this post. Second test will be ATK instead of PCR:
