Home » Reader question » Experiences with an agency for Schengen visa application Belgian embassy?
Dear readers,
I would have liked a Schengen visa for my girlfriend. She has never been to Bangkok and I am afraid that she cannot apply for it herself at the Belgian embassy.
Does anyone have good experiences with an agency for applying for a Schengen visa at the Belgian embassy?
Regards,
Ronny (BE)
If you are not married to her, she cannot get a visa at the Belgian embassy, but at this address:
https://thailand.diplomatie.belgium.be/en/travel-to-belgium/visa
Not easy to get because of the many requirements, I wish her the best of luck
?? You can submit a Schengen visa application for B via the embassy. You can also go to the external service provider VFS, but this is not necessary. See my Schengen file on this blog and the website of the embassy:
“Note : In compliance with Article 17.5 of the Community Visa Code, the Embassy maintains the possibility for all applicants to lodge their applications directly at the Embassy. In that case an appointment must be requested by email to [email protected]. In conformity with Article 9.2, the appointment shall, as a rule, take place within a period of two weeks from the date it was requested.”

But that was not the question, Ronny would like assistance from a desk/office. There is one opposite the Dutch embassy, Ronny could try it there. See:
https://www.thailandblog.nl/lezersvraag/adres-vertalingsbureau-tegenover-ambassade/
But there are also plenty of other companies in BKK and beyond. Please note: run away if they claim to have special connections or to guarantee a 100% visa. There are: no visa then no fee – bill – that is no cause for alarm.
And yes it is fine to do without agency, but if someone likes it better with help, fine right?
Maybe Ronny can indicate where his sweetheart lives and does anyone know an office nearby?
She lives in Ubon Ratchathani province. Close to the town of Khemmarat.
Thanks everyone in advance, it will be quite a job I think before everything will be okay.
Greetings, Ronny
You can do this via the municipality or city. You fill in the documents and they do the necessary gr jp

Our experience (marriage documents and help with visas) with the agency diagonally right Dutch embassy in the back. Very satisfied.
Kind regards, Alain
I have no experience with offices so the Belgian embassy allows that
