Reader question: Condo in Jomtien wanted
Dear readers,
I recently retired and plan to stay and spend the winter in Thailand Pattaya for 3 months twice a year. So I will continue to keep my house in the Netherlands. As a result, my budget for renting a studio or condo is limited.
Still, I try to find a suitable place to stay. Please in the beginning of Jomtien to soi 10 or in the beginning of Pratamnak soi 10 to soi 4.
I would like to be the first to be in Jomtien/Pattaya from January 1st to March 31st. It would be nice if someone could help me with this or suggest a solution.
Thank you very much for your messages.
Greetings and maybe see you in beautiful Thailand,
twin
If you want a serious response to a reader's question, it is of course important to provide the correct information. So if your budget is limited, indicate an upper limit on how much the rent can be per month. Or will readers have to guess?
Wanted condo/studio in Jomtien or Pra Tam Nak.
=======================================
up to a maximum of Bath 10,000 per month.

There are plenty of condos for rent at Rimhat condo complex, both on Beach Road 1 and Second Beach Road. Varying from 10.000 (studio) to 25.000 (2 bedrooms) bath per month for rent.
Also depends on how high. The higher the more expensive.
I can help with this one if you want. Leave a comment here.
Oh Rimhat is also known by Jomtien beach condominium.
Have salt water pools and also fitness area.
Which might also be an idea to look at a thaivisa site under classifieds.
What can also be advice is take a room nearby on Bun Kanchana Alley, there are plenty of them and start looking from here if you are already there.
Oh what I am charmed by myself and I sometimes send acquaintances there for a shorter time is to the “Windy Inn Hotel” at Pattayasaindueang near the pier (880 bath street view and 1200 bath directly on the beach and a very short distance from walkingstreet.Has its own swimming pool, restaurant etc.
First look around for a week and visit the complexes or the landlords.
Pataya condo guide.com do you like something.
Enough choice.
Kind regards, Ivo
