Dear readers,

In 2 weeks I will fly to Thailand again for a (earned) holiday. After a first visit to the South and North I arrive in Bangkok again at the Don Mueang airport.

Then I want to go to Pattaya. I think there is no direct bus connection from Don Mueang to Pattaya (I mean the big buses and not minivans). I am aware that there is such a connection on Suvarnabhumi and also that there are (free?) bus connections between Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi.

However, I think you need a ticket for this and I don't have one (no ticket to fly from Suvarnabhumi). Can I still use the (free) bus service from Don Mueang to Suvarnabhumi?

I look forward to hearing from you and thank you in advance for your response.

Stefan

sometimes they ask for ticket, but show ticket with which you flew and then that's ok

there is a free VIP shuttle bus with regular departures between these two airports. You can board on presentation of a valid airliner ticket with start at the airport you want to go to. top rebel

During my last trip I looked for that shuttle bus, but couldn't find it 1,2,3 and then took a taxi. In itself fine and affordable, but still prefer the bus next time. Can someone tell me where this is located?

Simply ask the information at the airport. You can find it on every floor and especially on floor 2 at Tourist Information directly at gate no. 3. . Usually this bus is on floor 1. top rebel

This is possible , travel time + - 1 hour to suvarnabumi .

At suvarnabumi you can take the bus to pattaya 140 bath (I believe).

    Good trip !!

There is a shuttle bus from Don Mueang to Suvarnabhumi. The bus is not free but you don't need a plane ticket. I have never used this service myself, only heard of it. What I did use is the shuttle bus Don Mueang to Mo Chit about 30 bath the bus is called A1 or A2. It is waiting at the exit. From Mo Chit you can take the skytrain to Phya Thai and then the Suvarnabhumi city line train.
