For sale from a reader: Two-storey house with a fantastic view in Nong Plalai (North of Pattaya)
My partner Nung and I (Nico) had a house built in a wonderful place. When we looked for land I climbed the tree for the view and it is impressive. We sometimes build a house for sale, but now I have made something extra beautiful.
On the 2nd floor there is a kind of glass conservatory on one side with a balcony next to it. You can see the skyline of Naklua and the cranes of Leam Chabang harbor from here. Windows and doors can be opened to let the wind blow through the conservatory. The country is about 45 meters above sea level. The land slopes gently down to the sea 4 km away. This also often creates a nice breeze.
The house stands on a piece of land of 756 square meters and the piece next to it can also be purchased. Together it is almost 1 rai (1592 square meters). From the quiet main road, a 6 meter wide dead end concrete road leads to the land. There's no road on the other side, just farmland that slopes down to a stream ahead.
The house has an area of 192 square meters and a tiled parking area of 60 m2 with roof, where 4 cars can easily park under. In addition, a barn of 26 m2 with water and light.
There are 3 special bedrooms. The first is on the ground floor and has a very large bathroom with a 2 person jacuzzi. The 2nd bedroom has a large extra spacious of 2 by 4 meters for a walk-in closet or a cozy corner. From this bedroom you look inland and see small mountains in the distance. The third bedroom has fantastic views. Lots of trees and a sloping landscape up to the cranes of Leam Chabang harbor in the horizon. The house is made on stilts, which is stronger than the "footing" that is often used. All exterior walls are double walls with a layer of air in between. We had conwood applied to the outside wall. It looks like wood, but it's made of fiber and concrete. Overall energy efficient and noise reducing. With the flat roof tiles and wooden appearance, the house is in Thai style on the outside and modern on the inside. The power is 3 phase and there is government water. We also have a 1000 liter tank and hence a good 200W water pump, so that there is a powerful water jet in the house. We have many light and water points for convenience. There are 4 CCTV cameras. There is plenty of room for a large swimming pool, a beautiful garden or additional structures.
The house is in a good location in Nong Plalai north of Pattaya. In the immediate vicinity are beautiful and luxurious houses. In 15 to 20 minutes you can be at Pattaya central road by car. Road 36 and Highway 7 are not too far away. Bangkok and Rayong are also easily accessible from this location.
The price of this house with 756 square meters of land is 6.200.000 baht (including an additional partition wall) with the entire 1592 square meters it is 8.700.000 baht. The transfer costs are shared. This price also includes 100.000 baht that we have reserved to install air conditioners at the time of sale.
