My house in Huay Yai, Bang Lamung, Chonburi is for sale. A lovely house. It is part of a small (seven one-storey houses) Moo Baan, called Lalique. Area of the ground is 105 Sqw (420 M2).

The house has 3 large bedrooms, all with large wardrobes and their own walk-in bathroom. Two with shower, toilet and bath and one with shower and toilet. Open kitchen and spacious dining/sitting room. Swimming pool, and covered parking for two cars. It is sold fully furnished.

Huay Yai is located about 10 km south of Pattaya and Jomtien and about 20 minutes from the beach. I moved there 6 years ago. In the Thailand blog of January 28 this year, Gringo describes a praising day trip about the sights that can be admired in this area. Including Nong Nooch garden and Silverlake Vineyards. A few kilometers from Huay Yai is a bicycle-friendly network in a beautiful area with hills and a large beautiful temple complex. The cycle paths are next to the normal road, painted green and very wide.

In the same blog, someone else writes an additional glowing review about Huay Yai. He concludes with: “It is a wonderful environment to traverse peacefully with your moped or bicycle. It has everything to offer to relax”. Can I just confirm. It is rural but with a balanced mix of people, Thai and farangs. I have just bought another house, about 100 meters from the house that I am now offering for sale. My wife wanted to have a large garden so that she could practice her plant hobby.
