Warn and fight for justice
I keep warning about this. Sometimes I was criticized for my harsh statements by beginners who walked with their heads in the clouds, but after a while several people came to me honestly afterwards and I was right, they just thought it came out of my throat so unhappy .

It depends how you look at it, I am not a tourist but a seasoned citizen of the world and have a strong sense of justice and smell rottenness almost daily and then I try to intervene, no matter how annoying that may seem. Better is a lease contract (30 years +) for the land and the house in your own name, but even better is a registered usufruct (usufruct) on the life of the buyer, his children or even his grandchildren if they are old enough to sign .
