An expensive waste incineration

In my immediate vicinity, a man was tidying and cleaning his house. That turned out to be badly needed, given the waste that came out. The garden was also given a makeover. The rubbish was deposited in a corner of the garden. However, it did not occur to the man to call in a car that came to remove the dirt.

Just as is more common in Thailand, burn everything. In retrospect, it turned out to be a wrong choice. He did not take into account the intensity of the fire, nor at all the direction and strength of the wind.

The fire spread to the beautiful original Thai wooden houses. Due to the great drought and the many combustible materials, two of his houses went up in flames. The fire brigade was able to keep the other two houses wet, so that they were spared.

A sad scene on Natho Nongkraborg Road (Soi 9) in Nongprue (Pattaya East), where the charred remains stick up in the air like a warning! Watch out for fire!

Sad, but in the picture it looks more like open pavilions (salaa, ศาลา) than houses?
