Dear Martin,
First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your articles related to medical science, which I have been able to follow for years on Thailandblog. More specifically, I would also like to thank you very much for the numerous wise advice, with which you guided me safely through the difficult years 2020 -2021 – 2022 to date.
Thus, I took the vitamins you recommended, in particular I chose a composition of vitamins that I bought in Belgium, which can be found in: “VITANZA duoFit” tablets.
My stock is almost out and may I ask which Thai product is equivalent and contains approximately the same amount (or more) of vitamins?
I also took a teaspoon of cod liver oil daily that I bought at the pharmacy in Belgium (without a brand name). What do you recommend here in Thailand as a cod liver oil product with the best properties?
I am 70 years old and do not take any medication. The only medical external remedy I take is “ TIMABAK “, one drop in each eye in the morning, because otherwise I tend to have a pressure around twenty and with the drop this drops to around fifteen. Can you please also recommend a similar Thai product?
In connection with my eyes, I regularly suffer from stubborn barley grains on my eyelids, usually when I have been in a dusty environment, or if I unconsciously dare to rub my eyes, even with clean hands. That's why I clean my eyes in the morning and evening with “ILAST Hydraclean”. Can you please recommend a similar Thai product?
May I thank you in advance, Dr. Maarten, for your answer.
Kind regards.
J.
