Dear Martin,
I have been taking Lispril 4mg for 10 years. I have never experienced any side effects. The medicine is prescribed by a Dutch doctor. Two years ago I emigrated to Thailand. Lispril 10 mg was always available through pharmacies. As of May 2022, Lispril 10 mg is no longer available. However, the 5 mg and 20 mg of Lispril.
I recently halved the Lispril 20 mg with a pill cutter. By chance I saw that I could buy Lispril 10mg online. My question to you is whether you can safely buy medicines for your heart in Thailand (in terms of the content of the medicine and not whether or not it is delivered, because that is my risk).

First try whether 5 mg keeps the blood pressure at the same level. You can also use 2×5 per day.
