Dear Martin,

I am P. 73 years old. Do not use medication and exercise every day. Blood pressure in the morning: 160/90, after exercise 120/80. For the past few days I have had a strange itchy rash on my chest (pictured).
What could this indicate? Do you have an idea?
Regards,
P.

Dear P,
A difficult question, since I only see red skin.
I recommend that you visit a dermatologist if it does not go away in a few days. Until then, try a cream with some hydrocortisone
Yours faithfully,
Dr. Maarten
