Dear Martin,
Is it possible to get insulin and syringes at every clinic or hospital? I have type 2 diabetes and my meds alone don't lower my sugar levels.

Hospitals certainly have insulin. I don't know if all clinics have that. Since you don't mention which insulin it is, I can't say much more about it.
Syringes and needles are for sale in almost all pharmacies.
