I take the blood thinner Xarelto 20mg. Now I have found that this drug is very expensive in Thailand. Is there another product with the same performance? I was prescribed this medicine because I don't have to have my clotting tested every month.

Since you do not write why you are on anticoagulation, I unfortunately cannot answer your question. Data on other medication, age, etc. are also missing.
I can tell you that all NOACs or DOACs are on the expensive side.
