Up to 15 kg of luggage and then paying more than that, most tourists from Europe often carry more than 15 kg with them.
Grab a taxi or bus for that part of less than 2 hours by car why fly.
You land (usually) on suvarn. and then have to take a taxi to Don muang.
I don't see any advantage in it as I didn't see it on the former scheduled service
Maastricht-Airport -> Schiphol for that 2 hour drive.

I do see benefits in being able to catch connecting flights to other domestic destinations via Don Muang if you have HH as a residence

In any case, you already bypass Bangkok and 15 kg is more than enough, and if they don't make the flights crazy much more expensive, nothing more expensive than the taxi for 2 people.

Most flights from Europe arrive at Suvarnabhumi in the morning. Who is going to wait until the evening to get their connection to Hua Hin? The connection from Hua Hin to Bangkok seems a bit better to me. By taxi from one airport to another you really have to go through the city, which can sometimes take a very long time. In my opinion it will be a flop due to lack of interest. The comfortable VIP bus still seems to me to be the best solution and the speed train within 5 years.
