EVA Air has taken the final step to modernize its fleet by finalizing an agreement with Airbus. This deal includes the purchase of 15 Airbus A321neo aircraft and 18 Airbus A350-1000s. This announcement was previously made, but has now been officially completed. The new aircraft will offer improved efficiency and quieter operations.
The A350-1000 aircraft will replace the current Boeing 777-300ERs in EVA Air's fleet. Although no specific details have yet been released about the interior of the new aircraft, EVA Air promises a high level of comfort for passengers.
EVA Air's current long-haul fleet consists of 34 Boeing 777-300ERs and 13 Boeing 787s. In addition, the airline also has a number of shorter and medium-haul aircraft, including 19 Airbus A321ceos and 12 Airbus A330s, which are often used in East Asia for these types of flights.
Amsterdam–Bangkok
EVA Air offers flights from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam to Bangkok. One of the flights on this route is BR-75, which departs Bangkok at 12:30 local time and arrives in Amsterdam at 19:35 local time. The aircraft used for this service is a Boeing 777-300ER, equipped with 38 Royal Laurel Class seats, 64 Premium Economy Class seats and 221 Economy Class seats.
Some time ago I received a message from EVA that flight times of my EVA flight BKK-AMS on March 19 have changed slightly; Now departure BKK 12.15 and arrival AMS 19.20.
I flew to Bangkok with EVa for the first time in years last summer and I was disappointed. The plane, the service and the food were really bad. And I'm not talking about the price. I hope that with the new planes, that part has at least been tackled. Now for the rest.
