BVN can now also be viewed worldwide via the internet
Good news for winter visitors and expats in Thailand. After a test period, the television channel BVN can now be seen worldwide via the internet.
Every day, the television channel broadcasts a selection of current TV programs from the Flemish VRT and the Dutch Public Broadcasting (NPO).
Watch online
In many countries the internet quality is too poor for online TV viewing and BVN viewers are still dependent on reception via satellite. Nevertheless, the channel increasingly received requests to watch BVN online. “In many places, such as large cities with high buildings or countries with strict government regulations, it is not possible to follow the channel via satellite. But in many cases there is good internet available. Many Dutch-speaking holidaymakers also asked us to make the BVN signal available online.” says network manager René van Baaren.
Internet
BVN Live, as the online version is called, has been quietly rolled out over the past six months via www.bvn.tv/bvnlive to optimize the technology and gauge viewer reactions.
And those reactions were positive, concludes Van Baaren: “We can now not only reach a new group of Dutch-speaking expats and emigrants, but existing viewers also enjoy being able to follow the programs of the channel via mobile devices such as a laptop, smartphone or tablet. . And with this online stream, the TV channel has also become much more accessible for the millions of Flemish and Dutch people who will be going on holiday abroad again next year.”
BVN is the only Dutch-language TV channel that can be viewed anywhere in the world (except in Belgium and the Netherlands) via satellite – and now also via the internet. The channel offers the viewer a daily selection from the current television offer of the VRT and the NPO.
You can watch live via: WWW.BVN.TV/BVNLIVE (not available in the Netherlands and Belgium)
good hearing is great
Too bad you can't see it in the Netherlands!
Among other things, the news and weather forecast is much more extensive than on the NPO!
If you install Hola you can also see it in the Netherlands:

I would be particularly interested in "missed broadcast". Watching live Dutch television in Thailand is not attractive to me due to the time difference. Can I also see all programs via "missed broadcast"?
I don't want to be silly, but via NL-TV.asia you can watch the Dutch channels live for a long time (Nederaknd 1,2 3 and RTL 4,5, SBS 6 and Net 5 eb Veronica. Plus Belgian, German and Eurosport. In addition do you then have the option to watch programs up to, I think 1 week, so that you can watch Studio Sport on Sunday evening at your leisure on Monday Costs: 900 thb per month plus 30 thb bank charges, if you go to the bank is going to pay.
I have this transmitter and I am very happy with it. Image quality is fantastic.
I also watch via NL-TV. Very satisfied with the offer and quality of reception.
For the sake of clarity, can I receive this channel via my PSI dish, and how, or is this meant on my computer via the internet.
Where and how can I register, and can I pay automatically.
please the information.
Thanks in advance for the additional information.

Awesome! Then in Thailand you can now watch the repeat of Saturday's weather forecast on Monday via your phone, which reports that it will probably be around thirty degrees on Sunday on the Windward Islands.
The news seems to have been flown in by the Uiver on an ampex tape rather than being distributed via satellite or over the internet.
Belgian expats,
I subscribe to STIEVIE every year for the three months I go to Thailand. You can cancel every month. It will cost you 10 euros per month. And then you can watch ALL programs of the national channels in Belgium. Yes, also in delayed version up to 1 week. And you can even record programs and watch them later. Delicious anyway. And…. wonderful reception at…. good wifi of course.
Such a shame that they refuse to offer an (Android) app. If necessary, this can be done via Girinko.
Broadcast Missed is just a sponsored link that you can't use because of the outdated Rights Regulations.
Short question: if it is Internet TV and it is streaming will it cost me download bytes of my DTAC 3G/4G max 8 MB download amount? Or do I need an Internet connection with unlimited download?
