Dear Dutch people in Isaan,

The Dutch Embassy is organizing the following activities in Khon Kaen on Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 April: Lunch with Ambassador HE Remco van Wijngaarden

You are very welcome to have lunch with Ambassador HE Remco van Wijngaarden in Khon Kaen on Thursday, April 4 at 12:00 noon. An employee of the consular department will also be present to answer your questions.

Consular Counter on Location: Apply for a passport, DigiD and sign a life certificate

Would you like to apply for a Dutch passport or identity card, have your life certificate signed and/or receive a DigiD activation code on Wednesday April 3 or Thursday April 4 in Khon Kaen? Then send an email to [email protected]. Please mention 'MVA Khon Kaen' in the subject line, write your full passport name and date of birth in the email and indicate which consular service you want to use (passport, DigiD or life certificate). You will then receive the time and location of your appointment and any further instructions.

There is a maximum number of registrations for applying for a passport. Therefore, make sure you register on time.

Please note: You must register separately for lunch with the ambassador and for the consular counter.
