Reporter: Gringo

Last Friday, November 5, 2021, a visitor was found positive at the Corona inspection in the Immigration Pattaya office in Soi 5 Jomtien. The office is closed immediately and anyone who has visited there around 11 am is advised to have themselves examined.

It is reported on Facebook that Immigration will remain closed until November 10 in connection with a complete disinfection, which will not lead to consequences in terms of "overstay". Keep in mind that it can be very busy on November 11 and 12!

For urgent matters, it is recommended to go to the Immigration Office in Sri Racha.

  1. fred says up

If every time a positively tested person is discovered somewhere, people close everything, we are far from home. That immigration office will have to close many times, given that almost 10.000 people test positive per month in Chonburi.
I assume all employees at immigration are vaccinated anyway. So what is the problem actually? Aren't we clearly transcending madness and hysteria?
