Following on from RonnyLatYa's response, here are some sites where visa forms can be downloaded:

There are indeed more if you search on Google, but in the end those forms all come from the official immigration website.
https://www.immigration.go.th/
However, you have to be careful with those websites that they do not contain outdated versions.
I took a quick look with the TM7 form as a reference because it has been slightly modified. The new form should contain the following text at the bottom.
“Applicant must submit the application in person with the exceptions of handicapped patients or persons with disabilities.”
This is not the case on the 1st link and 3rd link (Thaivisa!!!) and are therefore still old versions.
Not that it will because of that, but there's a chance you'll have to recreate the TM7 on site. That's not that much work now, but it's difficult if you've already glued the photo on it.
So pay attention.
