The Netherlands' biggest pervert and internet scammer has finally been eliminated and arrested in Bangkok on Tuesday 12 November at his home. This with the help of two Dutch undercovers from Pattaya, led by crime journalist John van den Heuvel, who have promised me all the photos and information for the next edition. On Wednesday morning there was a press conference on Thai local TV. Couldn't play a part in this because he would recognize me immediately.

He also made many victims in Pattaya, including the late Cees Peperkamp and a Dutch restaurateur in Jomtien. Got to know him there and found out that he had also scammed his best friend Frank K.. Was asked for help about 5 years ago because Pascal was said to be seriously ill. Asked for his passport, but it was confiscated by Hua Hin police after a fatal accident, as he said. Asked him to write down his name and date of birth as well as his last address in Goor. By coincidence he did that very correctly, and then all the bells started ringing because he was listed with a dot on Tros scammed at the time with 129 cases.

When a Tros team got scammed together with the tourist police at the door at 7 o'clock in the morning, the bird had already flown because he was paying a corrupt cop every month.

Recently a team of 'SBS scammed abroad' went here to look for him, because the embassy and the police of the KLPD were not interested and never responded to my emails. Apparently too busy with partying and other Bangkok pastimes, because got no cooperation to arrest this piece of filth. Fortunately, this has now been done by crime journalist John van de Heuvel and cs

We've known for a long time that the police don't excel at catching crooks, but this is unheard of to let a super criminal like Pascal go on for so long. He may have made thousands of victims and I have been hunting him for years, because the KLPD has seriously neglected its task here. Called crying people from the Netherlands who had been scammed for 130.000 euros and more, and referred them all to the KLPD at the Dutch embassy.

Immediately contacted the police telephone numbers known to me in the Netherlands who were looking for Pascal, but they knew nothing. When asked what my role was in this, I said that I am a well-intentioned citizen, who must protect my fellow citizens against this psychopath, because the police are asleep. And then there was a moment of silence on the other side.

Pascal had an unparalleled bag of tricks where he advertised clothes and computers for unbelievably low prices. When there was a response, he always said he only sold batches, and one always had to pay half in advance through Western Union, after which he sent his scavengers to collect this money. Been working with another TV team for the past 2 months who came up with many questions, and last week sent an email personally to the ambassador for the highest priority to arrest this psychopath.

Was approached two years ago by the police in Friesland through a search request, because Pascal had raped and pregnant his 2001-year-old stepdaughter several times in 11. When I made a story about it two years ago in the Dutch page of Pattaya People that he was wanted, he threatened me with death and asked how long I wanted to live. I stood in front of hotter fires during my detective period and had a good laugh at that dressed up garden hose.

After that he had several telephone contacts, after which he admitted that he was an internet scammer, but that he had not impregnated his 11-year-old stepdaughter. Gave him the chance to prove this and asked for his blood to be donated which I was willing to pay but he wouldn't so it was obvious to me.

In addition, he recently saw an interview, where he brutally abused his ex in front of the children, who were forced to watch. He also abused his Thai stepdaughter and seriously injured his Thai girlfriend and staff after consuming about 20 B 52 drinks.

Pascal told me that he had just recently received a new passport at the embassy, despite the fact that he was spotted everywhere up to Interpol. He reacted angry again recently in response to an article on Pattaya prick page. Have a pit bull mentality and don't stop until justice has been done. I assume that the extradition will take place shortly and that he will receive a very heavy prison sentence. His luxurious life will not change in a 3 star hotel like for many in the Bajes, because fellow criminals will also like to punish his dirty pedo pranks.

Next week more info about the arrest of Pascal G. with photos.

What an unclear and poorly written article. It might be an idea to start from now on with an introduction by Pascal G. so that the reader knows what it is about.

totally agree. Story is hard to follow and that's not because of my intelligence but more because of the writer's self-aggrandisement.

Well done! I just don't understand why the embassy extended his passport if he was registered as wanted by the police, Interpol, etc.… those databases are checked, aren't they? Otherwise you can get away very easily if the Dutch or Thai police are looking for you (and your passport may have been confiscated by a person or agency): get a new passport and then cross the border somewhere if you want to flee to another place…

If the Pascal G. in question has recently received a new passport from the embassy, this in any case means that at the time of the application/issue of the passport, there was no judicial involvement with him. For example, no request for arrest, or an international warrant, etc. He has therefore not been high on the list of priorities of the Public Prosecution Service. It is possible that a crime journalist (that is why) has become involved in the case. So far I can't find any further (source) references on this. Nor a confirmation that the man was indeed arrested in Bangkok. In any case: the subject of attention comes from Goor in Overijssel, contacted RTV-Oost, among others, in August and indicated at the time that he wanted to return to the Netherlands. Thailandblog also paid attention to it: https://www.thailandblog.nl/nieuws/oplichter-wil-terug-nederland/ Incidentally, Pascal G. does not know the sexual offenses of which he is suspected. Anyway: it is good that he has now been arrested, although it took another 3 months. But to attach such a cowboy story to it?

This article seems intended for insiders? It is not clear to me who the damned subject is, nor the position of the author. Do understand that a local criminal (Thailand / Netherlands) would have been arrested, with the help of the author. Well done. Maybe it will ring a bell when it comes on TV or in the newspaper.

RTV-Oost reports that Pascal G. has indeed been arrested on behalf of John van den Heuvel. RTV-Oost refers to De Telegraaf in this regard. Telegraaf TV indeed announces the arrest. See http://www.telegraaf.nl/tv/nieuws/ttvnieuws/22056497/__Beruchte_pedo_Pascal_G._gepakt__.html
Which seems to me to close this item further. The law now has its course!

Hi Colin, If it's true then it's very good they caught him, congratulations.

I also agree with the others:
It's a bad story, seems like a personal smear, frustration.
It may be humane to write like this, especially if you often receive calls from his victims, but it makes the story almost unreadable.

If you want to give your story more impact, read the story as if you were a 3rd person who knows nothing about the subject, or have it read by a trusted acquaintance first, and then take his criticism to heart.

By the way, "with the help of two Dutch undercovers from Pattaya, led by crime journalist John van den Heuvel".
Seems very strange to me that a crime journalist is in charge of "2 Dutch under-covers from Pattaya". And they arrested Pascal G. themselves in Bangkok? Does not do this in coordination with the local authorities and police force.
Anyway, that Pascal G has already caused a lot of fuss, and I don't want to work on that anymore, leave it for what it is. all's well that ends well?

    The story is true though:

Thai immigration have arrested a Dutch man who fled from his home country (Holland) to hide in Thailand because he was accused of raping a minor in his home country.

BANGKOK – Nov 13,2013 [PDN]; The Immigration Bureau, Pol. Lt. Gene. Phanu Kerdlarpphol (Commissioner of Immigration Bureau) made a statement about arresting Mr. Pascal Theodorus, aged 40, Dutch nationality, according to the arrest warrant of Liewarden city, Netherlands, after he raped a girl aged 12 and became pregnant. mr. Pascal escaped into Thailand and lived in a house address 6/87 Royal Palm Villa village, Soi Sridarn 20, Tambon Bangkaew, Amphur Bangphlee, Samutprakarn province so the police went to arrest him.

Some comments have been removed or not posted because they were aimed at Colin de Jong.

But it is allowed that Pascal G is portrayed by Colin de Jong in the article as the biggest pervert in the Netherlands :

“The Netherlands' biggest pervert and internet scammer has finally been eliminated and arrested in his home in Bangkok on Tuesday 12 November”

As long as there is no verdict, Pascal remains a suspect, and not a perpetrator. De Telegraaf goes too far by portraying him as a notorious pedophile.

I wonder who will receive the 50.000 baht offered by Colin de Jong for tracing and arresting Pascal G.

If you go to Thaivisa .com , you can also read the whole story there .
Including a nice photo with Pascal formerly living in Leeuwarden, and the Thai immigration police.
I am therefore happy again, good job police on both sides.
So you can see that there are still good police officers in Thailand who do their job properly.
Not everything you read about the Thai police is bad.

    Greetings Jantje, nothing to hide.

I just heard John vd Heuvel's explanation on RTL Boulevard, it will probably also be seen on Uitzending missed later. There was also a press officer of the judiciary who said that the suspect had an emergency passport and was indeed registered as internationally wanted. He now seems to be on a plane to the Netherlands, where he will be arrested upon arrival.
Because of the tone of the above piece, it seems very strongly indeed that the writer or people who are dear to him have also been a victim of this Pascal. But it is good that this man is now going to be arrested and it will be investigated whether he really did these terrible things! If he is indeed responsible for the accusations, I think he can stay in a very small box for a very long time!

Incomprehensible those silly criticisms of people who know nothing about this mentally ill man and now super criminal Pascal Gelen. What a jealousy and frustrations of the same people who keep playing the man, often without any substance. In 7 years I built up a bizarre file on this master con artist and pedo rapist. It's easy to talk to criticize when you're not a victim. It will just happen to you with your 11-year-old daughter, then you will talk differently and you will be happy with my help and commitment. Don't wait for who will take the credit, because in this case it goes to John van de Heuvel and his team, with whom I worked for 2 months, and before that scammed with SBS abroad. Couldn't act as undercover because he knows me, but nothing but praise for the 2 undercovers from Pattaya, as well as a Belgian undercover that I invited for dinner. And I'm certainly not looking for publicity because I've been invited several times for a paid interview for Dutch. TV channels, which I have never entered into. I also do not advertise my titles on my business card, and with a dozen awards for my Charity projects and my Scholarship project. Let those negative people also make a social contribution to society, instead of always those baseless criticisms. Fortunately, respect and many thanks and congratulations from SBS and also from RTL, and John van de Heuvel's team. 7 years ago I almost arrested him in Pattaya with the head of the tourist police after he scammed many people here in Pattaya. The embassy and the KLPD were not interested at all, and Pascal continued undisturbed to make hundreds of victims. Have had crying compatriots on the phone who were scammed for 130 and even 200.000 euros. I have done my duty to eliminate this inhumane and protect society. This was a task of the judiciary, the police and the embassy, but they all did not respond. When I called the KLPD in the Netherlands that he had been arrested, they knew nothing about this case, despite international investigations and also via Interpol. The Friesland police were also called , but they had a tape on and were not available. And here is the low detection percentage of 17% in the Netherlands. where Ned. and Germany score almost 3 times higher.

  15. ReneThai says up

Colin , you accuse Pascal G of a few things . He is a suspect and not yet a perpetrator.

Again you are going to write how good you are, and how many awards you have, etc
That is not important at all. If you do a lot for the people in Thailand, that's fine, but don't praise yourself, that's counterproductive.

  16. Colin Young says up

Don't praise myself, but try to wake up some negative people, with that eternal drivel and negative and incompetent behavior. Don't need attention and thanks, but I do need compensation for a lot of work for my nothing for the benefit of society. Just got paid TV interview canceled in Ned. because I don't need that puppet show attention from those commercial channels, who want to score over other people's backs. My thanks go to the 2 undercovers and a Belgian who managed this, and I invited them to dinner. All this misery that Pascal caused should have been stopped much earlier by the embassy, or the KLPD at the embassy who never did anything with my warnings.
