On Thursday, November 2, the Dutch Hua Hin & Cha-am Association will organize the following activities in Hua Hin in collaboration with the Dutch embassy. All Dutch people and their partners are welcome. You do not have to be a member of the NVTHC.
MEET & GREET WITH AMBASSADOR REMCO VAN WIJNGAARDEN
- 17:00 PM - 18:00 PM: Q&A with the ambassador and an employee of the consular department.
- 18:00 PM - 20:30 PM: Reception / Meet & Greet with the ambassador.
The embassy offers a buffet including soft drinks during the reception. Alcoholic drinks are available for a fee.
- Location: Baan Chom Kluen Hotel Hua Hin (in the soi between Cicada market and Tamarind market)

CONSULAR BOX IN HUA HIN (1 AND 2 NOVEMBER)
Would you like to apply for a Dutch passport or identity card, have your life certificate signed and/or receive a DigiD activation code in Hua Hin on Wednesday, November 1 or Thursday, November 2? Then send an email to: [email protected]l
Please state your full passport name and date of birth in the e-mail, indicate on which date and which consular service you wish to use (passport, DigiD or life certificate). You will then receive the time and location of your appointment and any further instructions.
There is a maximum number of registrations for applying for a passport. Therefore, make sure you register on time.
