Snow Town in Bangkok

If you need to cool down after seeing all kinds of highlights in Bangkok and after shopping, it is a nice idea to visit Snow Town.

It is located diagonally opposite Ekkamai Bus Station on 5e floor of the Gateway Ekkamai shopping mall. The owners of this building used the floor to cover the floor with a thick layer of snow. On the side, houses were built in a decor-like manner with opportunities to buy or eat something.

There is a small slope where the children can slide down with a sled. Christmas trees and “snowmen” are set up in various places, which evoke even more atmosphere. The entrance fee is 250 Baht and you will receive boots that must be worn inside. It is even possible to take "ski lessons" for the amount of 1200 Baht!

It is possible to learn to stand on skis without falling over or to slide down the hill with the children, but no one took advantage of this "great" offer.

The harbol mall, next to Foodland Pattaya, will also open a snow section on September 1 this year, but it is not yet open.

I wonder if it will still be there, if not I'll go to bkk sometime

    Kind regards, Hendrik S.
