More than 15.000 Thai companies participate in the, now 13th, annual festival. This year, local shops and manufacturers of furniture and leather will also participate in the Grand Sale.

Thai tourists who spend 500 baht or more in shopping malls receive a lottery ticket with a top prize of 1 million baht (shopping voucher). Foreign tourists can see beautiful Amazing Thailand vacations to win.

According to Suraphon Svetsreni of TAT, this action should boost sales in Thailand with a turnover of 1.9 billion baht.

The fair consists of 600 sales stands featuring brands and products from Thailand, such as handicrafts, health and beauty products, jewelry, Thai food and fruits. But also products and services from the tourism sector such as hotel providers, travel organizations and golf courses.

June 7, 2011 just a message for khun peter: I just received (16.30 pm) a message from the SCB bank euro 44.60 we are going in the right direction.

How many times do I have to say it: that is the exchange rate you pay when buying euros. When you sell the euro, you currently receive 43,74 euros at the SCB.

I know that there is a difference between the bid price and the ask price. I get the price every day when the euro is sold for th.baht. Would they have made a mistake (that would be human, by the way) we will see tomorrow.

No Andrew, no mistake has been made. Good reading, very important! Now the price has gone to 44.98 and just what Hans says you are currently getting 43.81 (buy or sell) But also a big difference is that the Siam bank always has the gives the worst rate, so in other words you get there for your 100 euros LESS than at the kasikorn bank, for example. You also get more at other banks than at the SCB. And you don't get that 43,81 anywhere at a bank exchange office , this is also always lower. They call that the middle rate and it is different at every bank or exchange office! So I think that you will now receive approximately 43,40 bht NET for your euro! One thing is certain, he will certainly good way!
