The temporary long-distance lovers scheme came into force on 27 July. This regulation applies to Dutch nationals and EU citizens who want to bring their loved one to the Netherlands for a short stay from a country with an entry ban. Thailand so. This is allowed for a maximum of 90 days within a period of 180 days. This is an exception to the entry ban from Thailand to the Netherlands.

I am Belgian and have been domiciled in Thailand for years. After a long time at home I am planning to return to Thailand and I am working on the paper mill. One of the requirements to be able to leave is the mandatory insurance that provides covid-19 cover of USD 100.000.
