How about a nice holiday in Thailand and then to the beautiful island of Phuket? Not wrong right?

Normally the prices are quite high, on average € 800 for a ticket. It is all the more pleasant if you can already fly there for just over € 500. You do have to transfer to Abu Dhabi once, both on the outward and return journey, but there is a competitive price.

NB! This is an Open Jaw deal where you depart from Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS) and fly back to Düsseldorf Airport (DUS). Just a short detour on the way back, for example with the NS Hispeed trains or by car, means for you that you can go to Phuket for the lowest rates.

The travel period is until October 31, 2014. But book quickly because these seats will of course fly away again!

All nicely presented until you are sorting out your ticket, adding the time and costs for reaching the departure and landing sites or returning home, find the waiting time to be considered acceptable both on the outward and return journey, then determine that you are on the road for 30 to 40 hours!
Only then do you realize that you are pinging, and not going on vacation!
A direct flight from an airport close to home, possibly followed by a domestic flight (what are you doing in BKK now) quickly takes 20-22 hours, all transports, check-in times included!
Long enough for me! If I spend the remaining hours but spend 15 € on it, it will cost me less and I will still have a pleasant and doable trip to paradise!

I have mentioned this before on this blog: we flew for 450 euros pp with this construction. A one-way ticket from Düsseldorf to The Hague costs 19 euros pp by train. The stopover in Abu Dhabi takes approximately 2 hours. The total travel time is therefore not too bad and you can also stretch your legs in between. I don't call this price difference bargaining, you can do a lot of fun things in Thailand with the money you save!

Wonderful offer for people who go on a trip and can use a 300 euro pp discount. Speaking to young people this week who are traveling to Thailand on a limited budget and who are really looking for these opportunities and traveling a few hours longer is no problem. 300 euros pp means, for example, to do a diving course in Thailand.

Bargain hunters can still get to Bangkok for less than €450 on the Amsterdam-Bangkok-Duesseldorff route with Ethihad in May and June. It seems like an ongoing price cut and no doubt goes
    put pressure on other companies.
