Thailand visa question: Can I still make a visa run overland?
Dear Ronnie,
I have a multi-entry Non-immigrant annual visa and recently heard that it is no longer possible to make a visa run over land. Is that true?

Dear Peter,
No. Haven't heard anything yet. Rather think that this is another story somewhere that originated at some bar and took on a life of its own.
Well, this warning. Be careful with a “border run” via Cambodia and especially the Aranyaprathet/Poipet border post. I sometimes read and hear stories that people could not return the same day. Also with a Non-immigrant O Multiple entry.
If you go with a visa office, then they will certainly know “the way”, but if you go yourself, keep that in mind. Actually, it is best to avoid that border post when it comes to a “border run”.
