Questioner: Hendrik

I have a Non Imm O visa based on marriage, valid until Aug 6, 2020. Make a visa run to NL every 3 months for family visits. Last returned early March 2020 and should do another run June 6th. This was not necessary because of the amnesty.

Could I extend my visa for another 30 days at Immigration or will I have to return to NL on July 31?

There is no more than some unofficial information that is given during interviews. But this is not official.

But it is not clear what exactly can and cannot be done after July 31. Also not what evidence will or will not have to be provided.

I will not go into these unofficial announcements at the moment because this could lead to confusion with later official reports.

Maybe we'll hear more today Tuesday 21/07/20 and then you'll read it tomorrow in a TB Immigration Info Brief.

Of course you can always drop by your immigration office, but I'm afraid they don't really know how to do it after July 31. But they may have received interim directives.
