Thailand Visa Question No. 226/21: Special Tourist Visa (STV)

To apply for an STV, a 'criminal record' and a 'medical certificate' are required, among other things.

What requirements are there for this? In English? Is the stamp + signature of the municipality sufficient? Doctor's stamp and signature?

You will have to ask the embassy for confirmation, but I thought that in Belgium the English version would suffice. Nothing about it on the website either.
