What are the modalities for going to live in Thailand and living together with someone of Thai nationality, but not getting married?

Actually simple.

Make sure you legally reside in Thailand and then you can also live with anyone who is of age. Insofar as they and the address responsible agree that you withdraw at that address, of course.

Thailand does not have an official cohabitation contract, although I have read that this would be under investigation, but that will not be immediately, I fear.
