My annual visa expires at the end of November. Then I will extend it. Now I am going to the Netherlands in May 2022. Actually, I want to have a new annual visa in April 2022, so that it is valid until April 2023.

Renew at the end of November and it will then be valid until the end of November 22.

You will not be able to renew again in April 22.

An option is then when you go to the Netherlands and you will not return until after November 22, before you leave to ask for a re-entry. Your period of stay will then expire. When you return, start again with a Non-immigrant O Single entry.
