Questioner: Tony

I have been in possession of a Non-O visa for years, with annual retirement supported by a bank balance of at least 800.000 baht. Have sufficient monthly income to also meet the requirement of at least 65.000 baht per month. Wants to switch to this and for that reason tries to obtain a visa support letter from the Dutch embassy.

The website “Wereldwijd.nl” of the Dutch government indicates that this should be possible, but the “application form” with which this must be done is no longer available. visa “letter of support” no longer mentioned. It is still included in the rate overview (April 2022).

Who has experience and how to proceed?

I would also contact the Dutch Embassy in advance. Maybe they are not aware of this problem. Ask if they can send you an application form in anticipation. But maybe it can be found somewhere and your compatriots can tell you where you can download it now.

You type into Google: Thailand visa support letter and then a world opens up for you: https://www.nederlandwereldwijd.nl/verklaring/visum-ondersteuningsbrief-thailand

See that you can indeed download it here
    https://www.netherlandsworldwide.nl/documents/publications/2022/03/21/aanvraagformulier-visumondersteuningsbrief

The error is that you are not allowed to click on "the completed application form" in the text because then you will end up somewhere else, but you have to scroll all the way down and click on "application form support letter"
    Can be confusing indeed

Thanks for all the responses. You can now print the form.

I have a copy on my iPad.
If the questioner sends me an email I can send him a copy.
Do you still have to print it out?

I see that the solution has already been given.....

A note from the sidelines: the Embassy is quick to settle.
Last week I sent the application form to Bangkok from Chiang Rai on Monday with the accompanying documentation, and the support letter arrived on Thursday morning.
