If you change from a Tourist visa to a non immigrant O wool, they ask for proof of last 3 months rent. Does it seem difficult if you arrive correctly with a Tourist visa?

That's right, it says so and doesn't make any sense.

Asking proof of the last 3 months is illogical given the length of time someone has been staying in Thailand just like you say. I would also be surprised if people are interested in leases or proofs of residence that have expired. But you never know of course and in some places they may want to see proof of where they have stayed since entry, although they should be able to see that from the TM30 report(s).

It is more likely that people will want to see a rental agreement for the next 3 months, because if the conversion is allowed, they will first have a 90-day residence period. And that makes it a bit more sensible to ask tenants for a lease for the next 3 months.

This does not mean that you cannot move during the term of that lease. It is only proof that you already have a place to stay for the next period of stay. But it is best to go to the local immigration office beforehand and ask for a list of what you want to see locally.
