A question about the retirement visa and proof of income. I do not have the required 800.000 baht fixed. However, I can prove that I receive 88.000 Baht in pension every month.

Can't get clarity yet.

I do not see the problem. To apply for a Non-immigrant visa, an income of at least 65 Baht is sufficient. You can easily prove this with an account statement or proof from the institution that receives the pension.

To apply for a year extension, at least 65 Baht is sufficient, which you can prove by means of a visa support letter that you can apply for at the Dutch embassy. See link
