The backpacker island of Koh Phangan is famous for its monthly Full Moon Parties.
During the full moon, about ten thousand young people come to it beach to dance and party. Koh Phangan or also written as Ko Phan Ngan, lies off the eastern coast of the Gulf Thailand, near Koh Samui. According to Lonley Planet, the Full Moon Party the ultimate party experience.
