Choco Melt is a start-up Dutch company in Hua Hin that makes birthday and wedding cakes. But Ricky Hundman, owner and for the time being the only employee, has more to offer, because she has also built up a good reputation with other Swiss/Dutch pastry specialties such as moorkoppen, Bossche bollen, vlaaien, apple and carrot cake, Sachertorte, Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte in and around Hua Hin.
