Reader question: Recipe for pickling pickles yourself?
I've been preparing food since the lockdown. My question is this. In Thailand I find the pickles in a jar very expensive, so I'm looking for a recipe for pickling pickles myself and the spices that are available in Thailand. Who oh who can help me?
I am in Thailand about 7 months a year and about 5 months in the Netherlands, ie just across the German border near Roermond and not a Dutch resident. I am therefore no longer insured on a basic policy, but I have international health insurance. The 'blood thinner' acenocoumarol has been used for 10 years in connection with the pacemaker that was placed in 2009. I regularly check the INR value with a Coaguchek and with the weekly dose of 16 mg it is usually between 2 and 3, the desired value.
