Proposal open letter to NL embassy about change procedure signature legalization income statement

I know that some (or perhaps many) have approached the embassy directly. Nevertheless, I would like to make my contribution through the following proposal of an open letter. The plan is to send this next Monday to Mr. Haenen with a copy to the ambassador. If anyone sees additions or changes, please let us know in a comment. I will then try to incorporate that into this draft letter.
