Lately/years I can't handle meals after 18.00pm. I stick to breakfast in the morning and my main meal around 16.00pm. Again: no alcohol. If I eat later, I keep a full stomach, which only feels empty in the course of the night. This makes me sleep badly. After 3 or 4 hours I wake up, and my head is completely sweaty from neck / neck. My hair is sometimes soaked through, a towel and pillowcase as well, so is my pajama jacket/shirt. I can no longer fall asleep again.
