I had already asked a question on the forum today, but a friend asked the following today: he asked how old a child must be to have a house in Thailand in her/his name. His 13-year-old daughter has both Dutch and Thai nationality. Dutch passport and Thai passport and ID, residing in the Netherlands. He has no wife or girlfriend.
The purpose of my question is to get information from forum readers to gain more insight into how I could arrange things before going to authorities or a lawyer. Perhaps some forum readers have been in a similar situation?
