What if my partner has taken out a loan with the land deed?
You, me and so many others… who own a land here in Thailand, in our partner's name. The buildings of which are at best used for life… Whichever I want to get to and my question is, the land deed or here the chanot as they say. How can you tell she hasn't taken out a loan behind your back for a third party or for the family?
