You say that you use Tamsulosin 0,4 in combination with Dutasteride for the urinary problem. I use Finasteride tab 5 mg for my prostate and I read that Tamsulosin is also used for an oversized prostate.

I am a woman of 68, I suffer from angina pectoris several times a year. The cardiologist gave me tablets for this. Since it only occurs every 5 to 6 months, I don't need it often. Last week, however, it was more intense than usual, so I put one of those tablets under my tongue. After about 5 minutes it got better. However, then I became terribly dizzy. Then my blood pressure turned out to be extremely low.
I visited a urologist because of frequent urination at night. He examined me very briefly with his finger and said that the prostate is very large. He put me on 4mg for two months. Doxazosin given! It makes me very dizzy and tired day and night!
My Thai wife suffers from dizziness, lack of energy. Her blood has been checked, she has a mild degree of Constant Spring A2A Thalassemia, red blood cells are then produced, but they die too quickly. The thought of the doctor in Thailand is that my wife may have a Vitamin B12 deficiency.
