Because we couldn't leave for Thailand because of Corona, we couldn't take a domestic flight either. We have contacted Bangkok Airways prior to flight date.
Domestic flights are possible again in Thailand. However, as I am now in the Netherlands and have booked a domestic return flight Bangkok – Koh Samui for the month of July in the past, I will not be able to use this ticket, because it is expected that you will not be able to come to Thailand in July. Will Bangkok Airways honor a refund request? Does anybody have experience with this?
Bangkok Airways has resumed flights to Koh Samui
Bangkok Airways resumed domestic flights to the holiday island of Koh Samui last weekend. There are two daily flights from Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok to Samui. As of June 1, flights to Chiang Mai, Lampang, Sukhothai and Phuket will be added.
A new domestic route was opened by Bangkok Airways in April. You can fly directly to Krabi from Chiang Mai, the duration is two hours.
