Thailand is known for the beautiful beaches at a number of locations. It is hoped that this remains the case. It is also understandable that when there is a lot of interest in a certain area, the local population tries to get their share. It will be different if large capital holders get involved. These will try to build resorts or hotels and thereby affect the local infrastructure.

On Wednesdays it is quiet and pleasant here under the large shady trees. Showers and toilets are available for a small fee. The two beaches are separated by a flute-playing water nymph known from Thai mythology and a few other sculptures.

This beaches are better not to visit on Saturdays, Sundays and Thai holidays, unless you want to experience Thai family life up close with your own cola, alcohol, food and music.
