Short survey: With which health insurance did you receive a Thailand Pass?

A while ago I made an inventory of the Dutch health insurance policies that were accepted through the Certificate of Entry procedure. Since November 1, we have the Thailand Pass. I am now curious with which type of insurance statement a Thailand Pass is issued?
That's why I made a small survey. You can make your choice and remain anonymous. Here is the link to complete the survey: https://www.ferendum.com/nl/PID893551PSD1262944631
I will post next week with the final result.
Just join in and thank you in advance for your contribution!

In Belgium
Ethias travel insurance family annual policy. Paid in promo 64 euros. Of course only covers 90 days Abroad. Send an email that they deliver an English document with the insured amount and the message that covid 19 is also covered. Next day in your mailbox.
Nice that survey, but I think the type of visa / stay / period is also important in the approval.
Perhaps you can quickly create a rule in which people fill in how and for how long they enter Thailand.
Belgium- KBC travel assistance. A certificate in English stating the insured amount on simple request.
That survey can be fun, but the point of it is one other question.
I have already posted about it several times, sometimes just used the health insurance company to obtain admission and without an amount on it.
In my case it was about a few months.
Belgium; Mutas free with letter and accepted for Thailand pass, but to be sure I will still take Touring Family Full worth 119 euros (per year) with Dutch-speaking guidance.
The health insurance taken out for my wife and myself with health insurer DSW issued a statement in English with the necessary information without any problems.
Because we also have a separate travel and cancellation insurance with the ZLM, we also applied for and obtained the same statement there.
As one of the documents submitted with the application for the Thailandpass that we now have in our possession.
As I mentioned earlier, we applied for our Thailand Passes with a neat English statement from our health insurer DSW from Schiedam.
I would like to note the following:
My application (I am Dutch) was approved after 5 days.
My wife's application (Thai and NL passport) with her NL pass and the same statement in her name was initially refused.
The 2nd attempt for her with her Thai passport and the same DSW statement was approved within 2 minutes.
With the Anwb, after taking out a comprehensive travel insurance policy of 150, the English statement followed without an amount, was approved in a few hours
Received my Thailand Pass within 5 minutes if with DWS statement
Indeed. The Thailandpass, the English statement from DSW, was also accepted. It did state the travel dates from December 1 to December 31.
I do not know whether the assessment is different when applying for a visa (non immigrant O) and when applying for the Thailand Pass. I was refused a visa because there were no amounts in the statement of my basic insurance, it did state that all necessary costs are covered. IZA (VGZ group), refused and refuses to issue a statement with amounts. I then left on Visa exemption and took out insurance for Thailand Pass with AA Insure because I feared that I would run into the same problem with Thailand Pass. So now double insured.
everything well arranged through AA insurance Brokers Hua hin
A 'Temporary Residence Abroad Insurance + required Statement' has been taken out with OOM for 144.– euros for 1 person (64 years) for 3 weeks.
I have a continuous travel/cancellation insurance from Aegon.
Requested a “Statement of insurance” for Thailand. Received immediately by email.
On that statement, under Insured amounts, it is stated, among other things: Medical expenses (also due to COVID -19): no limit.
This PDF statement converted to JPG and uploaded with the other documents last weekend with the Thailand pass application.
Received the Thailandpass QR code based on this today.
Thank you so far for 74 readers who have taken the trouble to complete the survey.
I think 80% have taken out insurance with amounts to be sure.
20% with a statement without amounts also received a Thailand pass.
FBTO standard basic insurance also gives a letter in English for this if you ask them and this is also accepted by the Thai embassy
And does the letter from FBTO contain the requested amounts or not? Because that was/is the problem!
bit unclear robin , the statement stated an amount of the required 50000 $ [ or in euros ?. I also received an English statement [without amount] from OHRA, but I do not want to be sent back empty-handed on January 27, so I have taken out insurance via LUMA for 90 days
there is a lot of uncertainty about an insurance statement from our current mandatory system for the thai government and immigration.
I am insured worldwide with OHRA
And they don't understand that there in Thailand.
I think it is important that there should be a change and more clarity for the Thai government that the Dutch are compulsorily insured, and that they receive all help across the border, and not only in Europe.
My children. 1 with health insurance from Friesland, the other with continuous travel insurance from Unive
In both cases a confirmation letter from the person concerned.
Thailand pass was confirmed within 24 hours in both cases
Dear Eddie!
Too bad you are only talking about the Thailand Pass and not about Non Imm visas or CoE (predecessor of ThaiPass). Because, as you may remember, I have been very active in this matter since this spring (including reporting this dispute to the SKGZ), I had a conversation at our embassy in Bangkok yesterday and will report about it here on TB one of these days. I'm glad this issue is still alive........
Khaki
Received a statement from DSW where we are insured for medical expenses. In the meantime received E-visas and the Thailand pass without comments. Looking forward to our flight OK January 9th
