Reader question: Dividing wall between two building plots?

I own a building plot in Hua Hin that is still “undeveloped” for the time being. Now my future neighbor is going to start building anyway and he wants to have a dividing wall installed by a contractor. Asking price by the contractor = 2500 baht per running meter (finished and painted). This is about a length of 30 meters, so 30 x 2500 = 75.000 Baht.
