It is sometimes claimed that Thais care little about animals. Such generalizations are not correct, as this video proves once again.

A Thai would give a lot to save a number of puppies. Risking his own life, he crawled through a hundred-meter-long but especially narrow sewer pipe to save a litter of puppies.

With a flashlight in his mouth, he slogged through human feces and other junk to get the critters in need out of the tunnel.

It's not clear how the puppies ended up in the sewers in the first place.
